Who we are

PatchAudit is operated by Robert Kirk trading as PatchAudit, ABN 33 169 705 633, in Canberra, ACT, Australia. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@patchaudit.com.au.

Information we collect

If you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company, approximate device count, service interest, and message.

The form is processed by Formspree. Formspree may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, access time, and referring address to deliver and secure its service.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide a quote;
• follow up about the services you asked about;
• administer a customer relationship if you engage us;
• prevent spam, misuse, and security incidents; and
• meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use website enquiries for unrelated newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell enquiry information.

Service providers and overseas processing

Form submissions are sent through Formspree and delivered to PatchAudit by email. Formspree states that it may process personal information in the United States and other countries where it operates. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or systems.

Analytics and cookies

PatchAudit does not currently use website analytics, advertising trackers, customer accounts, or analytics and advertising cookies on this website.

Retention

If an enquiry does not become a customer relationship, we delete it from Formspree and our email records within 12 months after the last contact. If you become a customer, relevant business and service records may be retained separately for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security obligations.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Contact hello@patchaudit.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We use HTTPS for this website and limit access to enquiry information to people who need it for the purposes described above. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this notice if our website, service providers, or information-handling practices change. The date above shows when it was last updated.
